What to Eat in Leyte: Hinatukan na Manok

One of Leyte's specialty dishes!

Hinatukan Na Manok is native chicken cooked in thick coconut milk which gives the sauce a taste of semi-sweet flavor of coconut. Creamy and flavorful! This is definitely a must-try when visiting the province of Leyte!

Where to find this in Leyte? Go to the Jasmine Restaurant of The Oriental Leyte. They serve very good Hinatukan na Manok.
